Clermont county clerk of courts interpleader forms

The Domestic Relations Clerk's Office will be closed June 19, 2023 in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday and June 20-21, 2023 due to construction issues. We will reopen on June 22, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. until further notice.

Domestic Relations Court is a division of the Court of Common Pleas. This division hears all cases involving divorce, dissolution, legal separation, annulment, and all non-criminal domestic violence. Matters involving child custody, visitation, child and spousal support are also under the jurisdiction of this court

Domestic clerks are responsible for initiating and maintaining all case files and the collection and distribution of filing fees and costs. Assistance is available in filling out the petition for a protection order

Local rules requires approval from the court before filing a petition for dissolution. Pleadings which do not require deposits or filing fees may be submitted by fax. Divorce and dissolution decrees can be requested by emailing domesticclerkofcourts@clermontcountyohio.gov or by calling (513) 732-7832. Copy and certification fees must be paid upon receipt of documents.
