Completion requirements

During your study you’ll need to provide your teacher with the following evidence:

Certain aspects of your assessments rely on your physical ability to perform two minutes of uninterrupted CPR on an adult and infant manikin at floor level and respond to an emergency where there may be a risk to life. You must meet these physical requirements to be able to complete this course.

Working with Children Check (WWCC) Australian National Police Record Check (NPC) NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Vaccination and health screenings Any additional evidence your work placement provider requires

To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

An interest in helping people The ability to work independently and in a team Good organisation and time management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at the equivalence of Year 10 high school level.
